Key Account Management : - Provision of professional key account management for major industrial customers. - Formulation and execution of achievable strategic plan to develop new key accounts and to grow the substantial business. - Achieve and exceed annual and monthly sales target agreed by the company for both top and bottom line. - Preparation of accurate monthly rolling forecast and annual budget. - Facilitate effective bilateral communication between customer and internal functions of Group. - Provision of professional and 360 degree services to key accounts including technical, commercial, pre-sales and post sales services. Formulation of business strategy : - Maintain regular and acc+u+B4rate monitoring of market development trend and provide insightful analysis for business planning. - Proactively participate in formulation of B2B development strategy including SWOP analysis and preparation of new business / investment cases. - Close monitoring of competitors' activities. Team building : - Facilitate effect and seamless communication and coordination with various department in Group including production, product development, QC, supply chain, financial, etc. - Proactively provide recommendation and feedback to the team to improve the overall competitiveness and level of professional services.
